a) Contact Form
By using the website contact form to request information, the user provides explicit informed consent to the processing of personal data pursuant to EU Regulation 2016/679 (“GDPR”).
The data collected (name and email address) are used exclusively to respond fully and promptly to the request received.
Such data will be retained for the time strictly necessary to process the request and in any case no longer than 12 months from receipt, unless the data subject requests earlier deletion.

Legal Basis for Processing
The processing is necessary for the performance of pre-contractual measures taken at the request of the data subject, pursuant to Article 6(1)(b) of the GDPR.

Retention Period
The collected data will be retained for a maximum period of 24 months from receipt, unless consent is renewed by the data subject or early deletion is requested.
After this period, the data will be deleted or anonymized.
